I like the location. I was offered coffee upon arrival. Had a person carry my luggage to room. Could not figure out the air conditioner and they sent someone immediately.

What I didn’t like is they charge you for dirty towels. If you have floor towels and they get dirty from the floor it’s the hotels issue not the customers. Make up was on the sheets they tried to make me pay for cleaning theu sheets.

One of the hotel workers let a couple into my room around 6 am while I slept. Turned the lights on and then realized that he let the couple into the wrong room. I was sleeping in the nude while all this happened. At first I thought it was room service. I kept yelling to go away, however a couple walked in and sat on the couch.

The picture are nothing like the actual hotel. There ac are old and don’t cool down the jetted tubs don’t work at all. We turned on the tub and the jet chrome pieces all popped out. Just avoid if possible save yourself the headache.

We booked 2 rooms and both were dirty and in one the shower didn’t have hot water. Very convenient location to get to and from the airport though.

We did not have hot water the last day of our stay. Staff kept telling us they are working to fix problem. Staff charges an extra 24 dollars to bring in guests. Only plus is location, location, location.

It was great in that it was in downtown and within walking distance of everything. A male receptionist working the night shift wasn’t very friendly. In two of the five days there was no hot water in the morning. For any female visitor in the room, there was a $90 peso charge.

El aire acondicionado suena demasiado, es un poco viejo, la cama estaba un poco dura y chillaba un tanto. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto, el joven Santiago siempre estaba para asistir y en recepción, ambos turnos, siempre daban información clara.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The property is in poor condition: the AC is noisy, the bed consists only of springs with no cushioning and creaks with every movement, and the hotel is located right on a busy street, resulting in excessive outside noise. Despite booking for three days, I left after just one night. While the area is good and the staff is friendly, this hotel is not suitable for anyone seeking rest and relaxation.
