I like the place a lot that I’m gonna come back but they need to fix the AC in the gym and also get new equipment because if they do that a lot of people look for these things from the United States when it’s day I do I need to gym the pool and a good place to eat in the room everything has to be in working condition Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I am a returning customer. The staff is fabulous. This time around I was disappointed with the breakfast and maintenance of the hotel. Both were excellent years before when I visited. I was heartbroken!

We checked in and when we got to our room. There was a lot of water by the window. Apparently they have major leaks problems. We could see that the window was previously repair, however the problem still exist. Their staff is super nice. We were move to a different room.

Our stay here was “ok” and just that. The room we were first given smelled very musty and humid, and we needed to request a different room. They moved us the room beside that had been just cleaned (floors were still wet but atleast it smelled good). Having stayed in various Raddison hotels in the past, I wouldn’t really consider this a Radisson hotel and definitely not a VIP hotel as we were treated kind of bluntly by the front desk when we mentioned our reservation was VIP and were told they don’t do that, once we showed them that our reservation was in fact a VIP stay, they changed their excuse to say they had no availability for VIP amenities. The room was quiet, and the area was safe/walkable. Parking is available.
