I like the location.

Really the only thing we didn't like was the restaurant nit haveing alcohol. All they need is some Egyptian wine and beer.The staff went out of there way to get wine for us though. If you are just there to visit the pyramids and the Egyptian musiums, this place is perfect. We would say again if in the area.

It was a decent hotel for the money we paid but the noise of the cars on the highway next to the hotel became unbearable due to the very bad noise insulation of the room.

As an American female avid tourist, I found this hotel incredible. Across from the GEM and the most incredible food, service and room I have found in a long time. This hotel is all about customer service and providing the best experience that Egypt can offer! They have a sister hotel 20 min from this hotel where they offer three floors of dining where you are literally in front of the pyramids and the food again consistent with this hotel is absolutely incredible. mohsen was our waiter there and provided an experience like no other. Our main waiter here Mohamed at night was again spectacle. Everything and I mean everything we asked for even if it meant going outside of the hotel to get it he did it. The staff is amazing. Ali was our breakfast server and he was the best as well. Their breakfast buffet is also superb. We travel a lot and not with your typical tour operators so finding a gem like this is very hard! They have around the clock security so if you are like us to dare to drive in Egypt especially Giza and Cairo then it’s very safe to leave your car parked overnight. Also their hotel restaurant is 24 hours so if your plane comes in late you don’t have to worry about getting food. Summary: if you want a top notch place where it’s clean, safe, great service and beautiful views either stay with this property or their sister property by the pyramids. You will not be disappointed. And by the way, I very very often write reviews but I had to for this hotel!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Clean, spacious and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! Akemi restaurant has excellent food and service. Hany, the manager, was so nice. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Mr Sammi, Mohd Saleh, Shami, Khalid, Ali and the full team at this hotel is super amazing!! Great hotel, restaurant and staff that take care of you. Great view of the pyramids from the rooftop. Restaurant has great food options and drinks. Everyone is welcoming and so gracious. Elevators work well. Very happy with this stay. Will be back. Highly recommended!!

rooms are clean, staff is very nice and very helpful. the street in front of hotel is under construction and taxi/Uber have a hard time finding the place. it's close to the new museum and the Pyramids. view on the roof top restaurant is amazing

I was only here for a short stay, but I hope to be return. The location is perfect—or will be once the museum is finished and the construction of the metro line is complete. Free airport transfer was convenient. The room was very nice with a view of the Pyramids and the new (unfinished but beautiful) Museum. Complimentary bottled water and coffee and tea in the room was very welcome. The bathroom design is a bit awkward and the shower design in particular makes for a very wet floor. The reason for the lower rating on the surrounding area is because a new Metro station is being built and the road is torn up in front and noisy construction went until midnight, but it didn't keep me up. The rooftop restaurant is open 24/7. I only got to have breakfast and some fresh afternoon mango juice, but the menu looked great. The real reason to stay here, however, is the hospitality. I can’t say enough about how friendly, welcoming, and accommodating everyone was. From Khalid and his staff (Mohamed for one) in the restaurant, to manager, Shami, who sat with me on the terrace to chat about the area, the hotel, the museum, whatever, everyone was excellent. The hotel had even arranged for a tour of the antiquities that I could not take when I arrived, so they reserved me dinner with a view of the light show at the Pyramids. And then arranged transportation to my next location. I can’t say enough about these wonderful people.

Not value for the money, the holiday package sold will be atleast 7-8 times expensive, i paid 55$ for a cruise dinner, which was actually less than 15$.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating our request. Yusuf, Salim Mohammed, Ahmad, Mohammed x 2 and Sammy x2. If I visit Caito I will stay there again.
