Uncomfortable bed

Lovely, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained bedrooms and common areas. Football table for kids and kids games, cartoons on the tv. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely calm atmosphere.

Good value for money! We had an Executive room with a balcony overlooking the race course. The room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Food and drinks, including breakfast were good and reasonably priced.

Nice hotel, staff are helpful, but at times very busy with big groups. Mini gym is ok. I liked the view of the racecourse from my room

Lovely location near open fields, good food, clean room, friendly staff.

The room was facing the racecourse and reasonably quiet. Breakfast was a good buffet, with plenty of staff if you needed them.

Stayed here for 2 nights, travelled down for a family wedding, a large number of the wedding party all stayed here. Nice hotel, was very clean, our room was nice, booked a room with a view of the racecourse so had a little balcony. All the staff were very friendly. My only gripe would be i think the food in restaurant is a little over priced for what it is. Breakfast selection is good and all seemed fresh.

Lovely situation on the race course surrounded by countryside. Friendly staff and excellent facilities, including a very good buffet breakfast.

Great hotel to stay to visit local family. The room was spacious and bar/restaurant area open and welcoming. Good price to if booked through hotel.com

This was a family stop-over and we loved the hotel. Kids could eat free with adult meals which is brill and both the evening food and morning breakfast was fantastic. Top marks to the chef. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Lots of space indoor and out, including a great patio area when it’s sunny. Felt very relaxed staying here. Also, If You like car boot sales there is also a big one on the door step too! No idea what it’s like on race day (literally next to the track) but I can’t imagine finding a hotel any closer!

Nice, clean, small gym. Not near anything walking distance. But a good nights rest and good breakfast.
