Amazing experience from start to finish. Concierge was a great help with parking, front desk staff very welcoming and attentive. Upgraded room was a lovely touch. Room was spotlessly clean, beautiful lobby and bar too. Overall couldn’t fault our experience.

Convenient to our location. Breakfast could have been different each morning. I asked for a vegetable omelette and got a plain cheese omelette on my last morning. Spa and pool could have longer opening times and more flexibility for people who are out early and get back later and would love to have a spa or a swim and CANT. we weren’t given any dressing gowns in our wardrobe. Not enough clothes hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people

The cheeseburger was amazing. Only complaint I have is that children are not allowed in pool on weekends and the pool closes at 5pm on Sundays. The bellman was great and provided exceptional service. He promptly provided a wheel chair and ramp so my wife could enter and leave the property.

Second stay at this hotel, which is clean, comfortable and has great gym facilities. Friendly welcome on arrival. Unfortunately we did have an issue this time when ordering room service. After waiting over an hour for the food to arrive, we rang the room service number and were told that because we hadn’t answered the door when staff tried to deliver the food, the order was cancelled. Staff couldn’t say whether we would still be charged. We contacted reception who arranged for the food to still be sent up, and the staff member who then brought the delivery told us that she had been knocking on the wrong door previously - so actually not our fault but our order had still been cancelled and we had been told off for not answering the door. No apology from reception, reported to management via the ‘how was your first night’ email from hotels.com and no response to that either.
