From Check in to Check out the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed the Tapas style menu and the breakfast was perfect, will certainly use this hotel again maybe even for a Personal trip to use all the facilities

I hadn't told them that my husband used a mobility scooter. The hotel had no lifts so they happily re roomed us to a ground floor room. My only gripe was, although they did ewarn us that the room was dog friendly. The pillows smwlled of dog!

Had a fantastic stay,great staff, great service, only down side,someone stoved in the side of our car, in the carpark, didnt realise they charge £12 a day to park

Cold at night as radiators were not switched on. They wanted £12 per night to park outside in basically a tarmacked field. The reception would not allow any check-in before 3pm, even if you had travelled a long distance, and despite some rooms being available. This is not a 4 star. More an overpriced upmarket Travelodge.

Decent hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Bathroom quite dated and steep parking charge in their own car park feels like a way of hiding the true price.

Good but at a relatively high price point. Little slow to check in. Be mindful that if you don’t book direct with the hotel you pay £12 parking fee. Good size room but furnishings and bathroom could do with an update.

I booked a twin double but this was not available when I got here - they insisted it was the booking app’s fault that didn’t tell them it should be a twin- we were put into a students apartment which was big but not that nice and had to share a bed. They rectified the issue on the second night but made me feel like it was my fault for not checking with the hotel before arrival. Breakfast was not available when we wanted it and generally I feel that I have had better stays in a premier inn. This does not feel like 4 star service at all. Nice pool.
