The reception did not show me on a resort map where my room was, it was a long way to walk to it, and the room numbers weren't in a logical order. A resort map showing where everything is would have been great.

Super convenient, walking distance from Nadi Airport and clean rooms with good facilities. Also there are big portions at the hotel restaurant.

I recently stayed here for just one night as I was catching an early flight the following morning. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional—well, most of them. The only downside to my stay was the encounter I had at the restaurant. I ordered 3 cans of soda and later wanted to cancel the order, but I was informed by the restaurant staff that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Their reasoning? It would "open the order up on their system," which I found rather confusing and unnecessary, given how simple the transaction was. It felt like they just didn’t want to put in the extra effort, which was a bit disappointing. That aside, everything else about my stay was fantastic. I hope management can address this issue with the restaurant team to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. Despite this minor hiccup, I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Our family with young children stayed one night at Tokatoka. I booked for its proximity to the airport as it included shuttle service, continental breakfast and had a pool. The room itself was nice and clean with air conditioning. It had a mini fridge and large walk in shower. The pool was great with a waterslide - it was large and picturesque. There were a few little playground areas which our kids loved and was actually perfect for while we were waiting for dinner to arrive. We had dinner at the restaurant as well as the continental breakfast. The food was alright - no complaints. I would recommend tokatoka absolutely if you are looking for a place to stay close to the airport. As we weren’t there for long, I cant speak to its proximity to any other attractions or areas.

There were ants in the room and on the beds. Front desk staff need to acknowledge guests or if they are doing something else at least communicate back to give you some time rather than ignoring the guests and going on with whatever you are doing. Room was leaking- please ensure maintenance checks is completed before renting out rooms for safety reasons.

The staff is very friendly. Although, the room is super dark, the linens were dirty, there were stains on the bed linen. The bathroom is also super dark, as the room. The curtains on the bathroom have mold everywhere. The continental breakfast is ridiculous, it doesn't even had cheese or ham. Abd the worst part Por me was the transfer. They say that they have 24/7 transfer, but I had to wait for more than 1 hour to be picked up on the airport. I don't get why this place is considered a resort, because the amenities are very poor.
