transport to nice centre was good with the tram service,it was difficult to get directions ,the people i asked in the aera i was looking did not seem to know there own aera and were not helpfull.i asked a lady working in reception about a bus to grasse she told i could get the bus behind the appartment ,i went and the bus driver lady explained i would have to gow to nice town centre i was so disapointed i just gave up,i would never gow back to nice again. the french people make no effort to speak english,i think because we speak english they think we are english,but are are irish and suffered persecuation under the english conquest for 800 years.if we treated our tourist in ireland with contempt the tourism buisness would be gone,i have worked in ireland for many years in the tourism industry and we treated every one equal with a hundred thousand welcomes,

The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean.
When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking.
The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding.

The AC in our room was broken. We were shifted rooms for the second night to with with AC, but the despite this accommodation the place was very tight quarters for 3 and didn't feel very clean.

Kind of odd. We have arrived at 10 pm, but we have entered the room at 12 am, because the door lock had a problem and we have waited the technician to come and open the door.
No AC, I think this was a huge problem. Not that clean, the bathroom had no windows or a fan.
The sofa had some weird noise when moving and the pillows where not sleeping pillows, just for design.

Uncomfortable bed, dirty towels, broken window, holes on the curtains, broken hair dryer, thats just few disappointing things. We stayed for 8 days, and there was no cleaning at all, even no toilet paper, we had to buy some.

Appart'City type hotels have already been my first choice as you have everything inside your room refrigerator, oven, and induction, cutlery, etc to cook and to keep your stuff. It's like a homestay. Also, the prices are low. Go for it. You may need to ask to turn on the main AC switch beforehand at reception before entering to the room.

Very poor bathroom cleanliness . Fowl smell from the bathroom. Depaite repeated attempts to inform the reception no steps were taken to clean it or change our room. I was very displeased by behaviour shown by the receptionist in the lounge. I am going to speak to the general manager soon listing all the complaints .

25 minute walk to town centre but tram and buses also available and frequent. Lots of interesting places in the city. Pebbly beach but my family enjoyed swimming.

Staff were very good and helpful. However, room was dirty as was the bathroom (weird smell in the kitchen). Pictures on the website do not match at all with the accommodation in any way. Air con worked, however was not adjustable. Rooms not cleaned daily or tidied but location was good for easily getting into the town (tram stop very close). Wouldn't recommend it.

Staff very pleasant and accomadating but are fighting against a poor quality building,
On arrival the door to our appartmant ( I use their discription) small hotel room , didn’t fit properly so to open or close needed two people , we requested to move but no other rooms available . The next morning another guest was complaining of the same problem .
We were given complementary parking for the inconvience.
Room very small so put our suit case on he table , during the night the air con that hadn’t worked dripped into our suitcase soaking all our clothes, reception were very good and washed and dried everything lucky we were not flying till 4 pm our clothes were handed in at reception at 8.30 and only ready to collect at 12.45. We were given a free extension on our room . On leaving and handing in all keys we found ourselves locked in the car park , having to call for help through locked gates , reception were not answering the phone , there was no call button , the lift back to reception could only be operated by a key we no longer had , eventually another car owner arrived to park so we escaped just in time to get our flight .
