Great place to stay at Place d’Italie. Hotel is well maintained. Taxi stand is next to the hotel. Subway is just few steps, good restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets are close to the hotel. Really convenient.

The stay was fine, I had to change rooms because of a broken AC that could not be shut off and was making a lot of noise. The second room was also broken but did not turn on so i just opened the window instead of complaining again. It was not a very clean room either time with the carpet being quite dirty. As well as the bed not feeling very fresh and the towels and toilet seats having stains. Overall it was fine and it worked for my trip but I have stayed in much better quality for a much lower price in Paris.

Nice view from the 7th floor. staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good and easy. Elevator a bit crowded at times, but that's part of the fun.Close to good restaurants, and bus stops and the metro station. Small room, but that seems to be Paris. Comfortable beds

While I specifically booked and reserved a room with two beds, that request was not honored on the first night. If I paid for it, you keep that reservation and do not give it away! Extremely dissapponted.

A satisfactory stay, clean room and good polite, friendly staff, near to many metro lines and food outlets.
Unfortunately my "special request" was not acknowledgement and the hotel staff seemed unaware of my request (I sent a message twice before arrival)
Uncomfortable bed, appears to be a new mattress topper on an old mattress with huge dip in it so really uncomfortable, hip and back ache as a result.
Really poor 'tea tray" one lemon tea, 2 decaffeinated coffee sachets, one sugar with 2 small cardboard cups and nothing to stir your drink with, it would be so much better to have a ceramic cup, some UHT milk or powerdered milk and a selection of tea and coffee and importantly a spoon !

We arrived before check in time and had no problem being allow to go to our room… that was a big help because we were able to have our baggage in our room before starting out to visit the city…nice!

Hôtel très confortable et propre, cela se voit dès l’entrée avec le super hall avec un bar et des tables et chaises pour s’installer tranquillement.
Chambre super confortable et salle de bain avec une belle douche en cabine.
J’étais la pour un séjour pro et je reviendrais pour sur !
