Very convenient location to the train station. Very friendly staff and good dinner in the restaurant.
Really spacious and clean room.
The only downsides were the too hard bed and the bad pillows. Some memory foam or firm fellow pillows would be great.

We only stayed one night, but it was a lovely hotel with great service. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice amenities. We also had a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay here again if back in Lyon.

This beautiful hotel was located next to a train station which made our traveling convenient and easy. We loved the use of the back entrance as we walked everywhere. Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was a good size for the 3 adults. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the mini fridge. My daughter is attending LCU and it was perfectly located to walk into Vieux Lyon and the Bellacour Square.

Very old and run down. Definitely not worth 4 stars. No help with bags. Elevator was Brocken. Paint chips out from the doors. Very very old, it wasn’t dirty just old and looked ugly

Beautiful but tired building, needs some updating. Initial room had a blocked sink, flys in the window and the door handle was coming off. Spoke to receptionist who moved us immediately. The next room was much better but still very tired looking with stained carpets and a duvet that was too small for the bed. Staff were lovely though.

The privilege room was large and great for a toddler to run around in between going out to see Lyon. Despite being next to the train station, the room was extremely quiet. Bed was comfortable, and they provided a lot of amenities.
