the hotel is so close from metro quai de la gare station. only few steps from station. There are boat restaurant, Chinese restaurant and supermarket around the hotel. And only takes 20 minutes to Eiffel by metro.

It's a quiet, well-kept hotel quite near some railway stations (including Bercy, which I used) and the Jardin des Plantes, which I visited.

This was our first hotel stay in Paris & it was well-within walking distance to Bercy Arena and very Olympic-friendly of an area; it was very conveniently situated close to the metro which was great for us; the breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible & we were hard-pressed to find any other that could compare the rest of our time in France; the hotel room was difficult to cool, so it was a bit stuffy at times but our beds were quite comfy; the key card for lift use was something to get used to, but it was manageable not to mention a good safety feature; the staff were all overwhelmingly friendly, helpful and kind—-we are keeping Mercure hotels on our go-to list in our future travels.

Great service! They all speak English and make you feel welcome. We for a bit earlier and they offered to take our luggage while we went out to eat. Our room was very clean but a bit small for a family of four. We had to be creative about where to put our luggage to be able to walk around. Their breakfast and service were great.

We had a lovely stay as a family of 4. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all really lovely and friendly, very helpful when we asked anything. Location was ok, couple nice restaurants near by and train/metro very close. Would stay again if we were to come back to Paris

Great experience! All of the hotel staffs were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I travel a lot for work all over Europe, the gentleman Hadi at the front desk was one of the best I have encountered. Convenient location- restaurant, metro, grocery store, Seine river across the street. Will definitely stay there again!

Super clean, incredible staff. Very quaint and beautifully renovated property. Perfect Boulangerie/Patisserie right next door with excellent healthy bowls, pastries, baguettes and coffee. And literally right across the street from the metro.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The hotel was perfect for accessing the Metro and a short walk to Gare de Lyon. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good for setting you up for the day.

Location is near the metro Quai station which makes it easy to go around.
Amazing service from Jean-Francois who prepared breakfast even if we had to leave the hotel by 5am. He served me coffee while waiting for our ride to the airport. He is just love 😊 amazing service indeed!
