We really enjoying staying here. Great location to the Metro. Room is small but bed is comfortable. Service was excellent and breakfast very French which we loved. Would stay again

Hotel was nice to stay at. Staff were really kind and helpful. Transport is good easy to get to popular areas in France such as the Eiffel Tower.
The only bad thing I would say is the security, lifts should only be accessible to visitors and entry with Key card like other hotels. Random people can walk in and use the lifts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a continental type breakfast: pastries, cheeses and hams. In addition, the reception area was very comfortable and has a coffee machine and water dispenser which can be used at any time.
The room was spacious and tidy. However, there were stains on the towels and bedsheets which was why there is a lower cleanliness score.

We did have a good stay at this hotel, rooms were darker at night as the main lightning wasn't too bright, the only downside was we had ants in the room for the few days we stayed in expect for the last day (we had sprayed disinfectant around the room each night). Normally I wouldn't check under the bed but as there was ants I looked around but it was quite dusty underneath. Did notifiy the reception who offered another room and made a note on our room. One day I did leave a tissue with ants on it so they could see it, but it just got brushed to the corner with the corner table pushed against it so you couldn't see it was still there. Reception staff were brilliant though, and they have a snack station in the afternoon and coffee and water machine to use throughout the day! Great location for transport and a supermarket close by and minimart opposite. Would stay again though and recommended for the location.

Booked a triple room for a trip with friends.
Price was reasonable for Paris and conveniently locatied in a modern subburb.
Metro and buses are available nearby.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and water refill station in the lobby is a nice attention.

This place has a serious bed bug problem! We noticed small bites we mistook for mosquitoes but when checking out in the early morning hours, we saw several under all our sheets!! We reported it immediately to the front desk attendant who was nice but older and ill-equipped to handle the situation. We emailed the images and video to the hotel as instructed but no response at all. I’m sending the issue to corporate.
