Ibis Budget Chatillon has a friendly staff, great continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi access, clean and organized rooms and lobby area. It is well located in relation to Chatillon, Fontenay Aux Rose, local parks, including Seaux. Price is excellent.

Segue o padrão Ibis Budget, pequeno e sem muitos serviços. Mas não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Tudo foi perfeito. Tem um ponto do monotrilho atravessando a rua, que faz ligação com o metrô (está dentro da área 3 que engloba o passe diário de Paris). O atendimento foi incrível e os funcionários estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar. Mercado do lado.

This property is under re construction/ remodeling. We did check in and in the rooms the smell of paint was horrible. We left this hotel inmediatly, book another one and still I am waiting for my reimbursement. Nothing similar to the photos when I booked thw hotel through expedia. This was as recent as last June 12, 2023.

Its a very basic hotel, even for a budget hotel you expect a little more. Especially dor the beat part of €200 for one night.
The rooms are like a hospital room, very clinical feeling.
No kettle to even make yourself a drink, although there is a venfing machine in reception.
Breakfast buffet again very limited considering the price.

The service was really bad, the team is not ready to help, you can only rely on yourself, no air conditioning during the hot weather, sleeping was difficult for the whole family. However the place is well situated near the metro and not fare from Paris city centre, we could do a lot of activities in the same day. The room was clean.

It’s a budget hotel so it’s basic. Shame the local metro station was closed but not hotel’s fault. The price we paid was far in excess of usual rate due to UCL final but every hotel increased prices. Fine for 1 night stay.

At $67 a night, this is a great value. However, even at that price, I still expect kleenex, a glass or a cup and a hair dryer. You add those three things and it will make it great.
