Absolutely the best experiences iv ever had thank you for the team for making me feel comfortable. Also i would definitely come back again when im in paris. Thank you.
But 1 thing tho if theres any bins kept inside the room apart from the small one in the bathroom which i have to keep on going up and down to throw the rubbish away.
Also the bugs that come through the window and the AC Blowing out hot air need a little improvement other than that customer service was 100% made me feel welcome and they were smartly dressed and also showed a smile expecially the woman who covers the night lol i thought she had a little crush on me lol

When arriving at the hotel, reception was unable to locate my booking. After waiting for some time, Hotels.com contacted the hotel with explicit instructions. The hotel host then upgraded my room at cost and offered coffee and reprove to my entire party. This gesture alone allowed me to book for a second night!! I stayed in Paris for 3 days during this trip.

El hotel es bastante adecuado, tiene cerca una estación de tren y el staff es super amable. El desayuno un poco justo en cuanto a variedad pero de buena calidad igualmente. Recomensable totalmente.

The hotel is quite simple, not any luxus, if you need a roof over your head for the nights this is a good and quite cheap choice for your stay in Paris. Public transportation connections are near and couple of markets if you want to buy some snacks.

la réception était fermée à cause de travaux. Il y avait un portail postérieur qui amène vers les ascenseurs avec le hall plein de travaux de poussière. Il s’agit de revêtement du sol en cours de réfection bruit couloir, encombré par des matériaux. On s’est demandé si on est pas dans un chantier l’ascenseur est tombé en panne deux jours après notre arrivée et il a fallu prendre l’escalier ou on risque de croiser un grand chien noir avec une ou deux personnes avec dans tant qu’on est pas le rôle de ce chien et de ces personnes à 20h la chambre, elle est sale, les murs sont fissurés avec des traces de peinture de couleur différentes. À noter que la chambre elle est très très très très très petite. Je pense que c’est la plus mauvaise chambre de l’hôtel qu’on a eu pourtant on a réservé sur l’hôtel.com depuis longtemps je suis très déçu de ce service , qui ne fait pas partie des habitudes d’Hotel.com. J’avoue que la qualité de vente et de suivi clientèle se dégrade sur le site d’hotel.com.

The hotel smells a lot of cigarette, the room as well. It was disgusting! The bathroom was very little and the shower water was leaking out and wetting the entire floor. The staff was not helpful at all, they are not aware of anything. Terrible experience

The room was okay, the air conditioner was set to heating and no cooling even after changing the temperature. This required that I left the windows open for ventilation but my room was just by the roadside. So I had to choose between the noise from the always busy road and staying in a very warm room.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something cost effective and just outside the hustle and bustle. The rooms are bare bones but perfect for just a couple of days. The beds are extremely comfortable. I was amazed at how rested I was after waking up.

Should provide mini fridge in room,limited dining available restaurant attached was closed. Maid service was slow still not cleaned at 6pm, 2 days in a row then last day out of 8 days stay I opted to only have towels and bathtub and would make my own bed

The air conditioning was blowing hot air it’s just air coming out of the vent. They need to clean under the bed it’s very dirty my medication rolled under the bed and I did not get it because I was afraid of the filth.
