Exceptionally clean.
Expedia needs to do some updates on their advert for the property. It has been updated from the photos. Also, they do not have bathtubs as indicated. I searched and chose this hotel specifically for that reason and arrived to discover that Expedia info was no longer accurate. Nevertheless it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel charged me extra 122 Euros for no reason. They billed on my credit card one month after I stayed there. No receipt, no explanation! It is difficult to get a hold any hotel staff.

We stayed in a junior suite which had a very large bathroom and very large main room with a refrigerator. Breakfast was abundant with a great variety of food, choices, and drinks Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was close to a tram station. It’s a little bit further out from the city, but for the cost it was well worth it especially if you get the I Amsterdam card or use another form of payment for the tram since we use them daily The bed was very comfortable

They downgraded our room from a two floor suite to a closet and made us pay the same price. No manager available, no contact from the General Manager and no help at all in getting this resolved. They oversold the category and tried to tell me the suite was under renovation. The woman at the front desk was treating us like we were selfish to have booked the suite since we were two people. My husband snores and I did not sleep as a result. Thanks for nothing! Room was dusty, AC was not working, no vents in the bathroom, the water was so old it was crusty. I would never ever recommend this property. It's a shame - the location is excellent, and the hotel has a lot of potential.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. At first when you walk in, the lobby of the hotel looks modern. But upon entering our room we saw holes in the curtains. There is no AC here even though the hotel advertises it, it’s literally just circulating the same air. At night it feels like they turn down whatever air you are getting and the room gets unbearably hot. We were sweating every single night, our sheets were so wet. We don’t even normally sweat at night but this place was too much, had to sleep on top of the covers and got some of the worst sleep of our lives.. not exactly something you want on vacation when you’re on the go 24/7. On top of that they don’t provide a fridge. What 4 star establishment doesn’t have one? We couldn’t even cool down with cold drinks.. this place is def not 4 star as advertised.
