Very nice stay the staff were very helpful and positive. We requested a late check out and they were positive however we left early on the last day.
Wish there was room service at the hotel.
It’s not exactly in the shopping areas but nice river front and shopping is a short uber drive away.

El hotel esta cerca del museo del chocolate (10 min caminando) puedes llegar caminando al altstadt, a la zona de tiendas, etc. Tienen una bocina en el baño con la que escuchas la TV a volumen alto que no se puede regular. La habitación es pequeña para una familia de 4 pero suficiente para llegar a dormir. En el check in le regalaron un peluche a mis hijos, muy buen detalle.

We cannot fault our stay. Room was clean and of a good size. The staff were all helpful and it was a short walk to the main attractions. Would recommend.

Very good hotel overall. Service at front desk and bar were a bit slow at times, although very friendly Breakfast buffet is only a decent value if bringing children that eat free. Very overpriced otherwise for the selection offered.

bed sheets with blood stain
towels appeared old
shampoo and shower gel run out in just overnight stay
beds seems old and almost no foam
carpets are dirty for 320 a nght for 2 rooms
some receptionist are unfriendly and unwelcoming for travelers not my moneys worth
