great resort. paradise location. freindly and willing to help staff.ood WIFI throughout the resort. A bit old in room furnitures , yet extremely well maintained. Air condition is not that efficient and it could be of a problem in extremely hot days especially in the upper floor of the buildings.

Amazing and beautiful location. Even the photos online are true. We had a beautiful room with lake view. Since the bathroom was huge they could have put in a big bath tub we only had a shower although that was great. Our weather was perfect. The breakfast was very good. We are one dinner that was a buffet and thought it was also very good. We rented bikes one day from the hotel and enjoyed riding around the lake and town of Werder which is fabulous. Did not try the spa but did enjoy the pool. Wish they had tennis courts because I think that would be a great addition to the activities you can do there. You can also rent a small cabin or larger home on the property. I had no idea. It was also dog friendly which is wonderful for this traveling with pets. It looked very kid friendly too and the parents seemed happy to have their children with them. Would happily return for another visit and will recommend to many.

I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. To begin, when we arrived around 6pm, they couldn’t find our hotels.com reservation and made us wait over an hour before checking in. Then they gave us a twin room even though we had booked and paid for a double. When I went downstairs to the front desk to point this out nicely, they were uncommunicative, rude and dismissive. They switched us to another room nearby which was FULL OF SPIDERS. Oh, and did I mention that the air conditioning didn’t work, the key card system was new and didn’t work, and there was only one restaurant which only serves buffet? Worst night of sleep I have had in a hotel. Please, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. The hotel management here is lax and uncaring.

Geschäftlicher Aufenthalt für eine Nacht: tolles Hotel, sehr sauber, alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, toller Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Saunen (im Übernachtungspreis enthalten), sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt (auch warme Speisen), Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine. Nähe zum Schwielowsee.

Extrem altbackene Zimmereinrichtung, Bezüge der Sitzmöbel voller Flecken . Seifenspender im Zimmer leer, im Pool- und Saunabereich lagen sie geleert auf dem Boden der Duschen, im Wasser das wegen der verstopften Abläufe nicht abfloss. Zimmerreinigung war um 18:30 Uhr immer noch nicht erfolgt.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am See. Die Suite war ganz okay, im Bad war die Armatur des Waschbeckens reparaturbedürftig, das Duschen in einer Badewanne nicht ungefährlich, weil sehr glatt. Qualitativ war das Frühstück nicht gut (Spiegeleier und Rührei Fertigprodukte), die Auswahl an Backwaren und Belag sehr übersichtlich. Das Auffüllen des Buffets verlief sehr schleppend, man hatte den Eindruck, es ist kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit. Im Restaurant war es sehr laut, was dem Verhalten einiger Gäste- und der starken Ausbuchung geschuldet ist. Fazit: in Ruhe lecker frühstücken war das nicht, am Abreisetag haben wir uns nur einen Kaffee geholt und sind in unser Zimmer gegangen. Wir würden das Resort wohl nicht mehr buchen, sorry.

Grundsätzlich hat es uns gut gefallen. Jedoch war die Wartezeit um einen Platz beim Frühstück zu bekommen sehr lang. Es waren einfach viel zu viele Menschen da für dieses kleine Büffet. Man konnte sich kaum in Ruhe umschauen. Überall Gedrängel und Geschubse.

Das Zimmer (Studio) war in einem separaten Gebäude. Von der Größe her gut, jedoch unvorteilhaft möbliert. Zu voll gestellt. Das KingSize-Bett war sehr gut war aber in einen Erkerbereich gestellt. Deshalb war kein Platz für Nachttische oder Beleuchtung. Insgesamt war das Zimmer trotz vieler Fenster im Erker ziemlich dunkel. Dies war durch Übergardinen bedingt die nicht völlig zur Seite geschoben werden konnten. Der Sanitärbereich war in Ordnung. Was wir jedoch völlig vermissten war eine Garderobe! Es gab einen Kleiderschrank dessen Türen dafür herhalten mussten. Wir haben am ersten Abend die Halbpension genutzt: Nicht empfehlenswert! Das Fleisch war entweder leicht abgebrannt oder trocken. Die Salate hätten etwas mehr Würze gebrauchen können. Für den Preis von 35 Eur/p.P. zu teuer! Resümee: Wir waren dort, kommen in dieses Hotel nicht wieder! Die Umgebung ist aber sehr schön!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage direkt am Schwielowsee. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet! Großes Bett, Ankleideraum, separates WC, große Wellnessdusche und zur Krönung Sauna auf dem Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Leider konnte man nicht alles probieren.... Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme definitiv wieder.....

Warum bloß erscheinen ständig englische Vokabeln ? Zur Sache : Wir mussten einiges an der Rezeption reklamieren, was allerdings sofort repariert oder instand gesetzt wurde. Im Speisesaal herrschte eine enorme Lautstärke. Was ich leider sehr bedauert habe : ein 0,2 Glas deutschen Weißwein für sage und schreibe 10,00 Euro anzubieten, grenzt an Wucher. Die angebotene Flasche eines deutschen Winzers kostet im Weinhandel 8,95 Euro und dies maximal. So war das Abendessen nur eingeschränkt gut. In der Hotellobby könnte eine Infotafel mit Wander-und Radwegen stehen, oder dies an der Rezeption ausliegen, ebenso ein Busfahrplan nach Potsdam.
