Clean and comfortable room. We were really close to a lot of places to go for shopping sightseeing or eating. A few train or tram options all within a 10 minute walk. A safe location.

About 12min walking to the main train station, but on the opposite site of the busy area which is good sleeping. There is a mall closeby. The breakfast is good and the room comfortable.

The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly, you have Frankfurt's main central in a 10 minute distance. I’ll probably stay here again when I come back to Frankfurt!

The hotel is conventionally located by shopping mall, restaurants, and train station. The WiFi was not great on the 6th floor and elevator not working when we arrived. Hotel staff did help carry our bags to the room. Breakfast was good and room was nicely furnished.

Great location and very best amenities. Breakfast was VERY Good , there were lots of options. It was just one block away from the main train station, and it made it very convenient to continue our trip. The hotel area was very good as well. Surely, I will comeback to this hotel in my next trip to Frankfurt.

Absolute worst service ever. Tried to charge us extra on arrival even though we booked through here. Argued in reception with receptionist who was so rude it was unbelievable.
We thought it was an isolated experience but they did the same with the 3 other couples the next day that we were travelling with.
Breakfast was a disaster tiny little restaurant but no one really in there because who would pay €18 for cold food and hardly any choice. Thankfully we only tried one days food. The bar is just a shelf in reception and you get tutted at if you draw as for a drink.

The location is perfect: Only a 10 min walk to hall 3 on the Frankfurt fairgrounds and the public transport to the city center just 2 min away. Clean rooms and very nice breakfast buffet. The 2 ladies who take care of the breakfast buffet do a very good job to refill everything and to keep everything clean.
The staff at the reception is polite but not always very helpful:
1. The TV in our room had a bad satellite signal and did not work. We asked 3 times for repair, but despite of the fact that we were told the technician would look at it nothing changed.
2. When we were asking for a nice restaurant the recommendations were very generic.
3. The laundry service is not an in-house service, which means you have to take the provided laundry bag to the laundry service near by. In general, this is not a problem, but the way how it is presented is not how it really is.
All in a very nice hotel, just a few bits regarding the service can be improved.

Very nice hotel, our room was brand new and everything worked perfectly.
Thank you to the front desk manager who got us bacon for breakfast when they had run out. Great service, we’ll be back!
