The only advantage of this hotel is the location.
The rooms are relatively larger compared to other hotels in Hong Kong, with refrigerator which is a positive point. However, the overall experience was disappointing:
• Amenities: Extremely basic—no toothbrush, shower cap, or other standard toiletries. They only provided two tea bags, without even a spoon to stir. No mineral water or sugar was included either.
• Service: The staff had very limited English skills, and their attitude was rude, offering zero hospitality.
• Facilities: TV channels were limited to local stations, and the heater didn’t function properly—it only circulated air.
• Cleanliness: The room carpets felt damp and sticky, making it clear they hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.
• Comfort: The bed was uncomfortably hard.
For a hotel priced at $715 per night, this is unacceptable. The quality and service felt more aligned with a budget or backpacker hotel.
