Very family friendly, the size of the twin beds is 140x200 which means if combined it becomes 280x200, the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) were very sufficient, no need for an extra bed and what made me impressed was that the hotel did not prohibit us when 5 people were in 1 room, where sometimes some hotels only allow a maximum of 4 people. In fact, we were given extra towels and amenities for our children. The staff were all very friendly, and most importantly it was close to the MTR station and there were many places to eat around. Highly recommended, next time I go to HK I will come back to this hotel

Almost every year I came to HK and always had a great pleasure staying in this hotel. They always considered early check-in, helpful and more friendly. Rooms are bigger compared to others, and the best location! ❤️

We had a wonderful family stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Traveling with two children, we really appreciated how child-friendly the hotel was—they provided a cot, and the room had a bathtub which was perfect for our little ones. The room was cosy and clean, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our visit. The location is ideal: close to public transport and surrounded by great tourist spots, which made getting around super easy. Everything felt safe and convenient, and we loved the overall vibe of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, very close to waterfront and transport links. Hotel has great bones but is a bit tired in parts. Staff friendly and helpful with the exception of the pool attendants who spend entire time looking at phones not the pool and were completely obvious to a pool incident unfolding.

Hotel is near shopping centres, mtr and restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and straight away they changed our room and asked if we need help with our suitcases. Breakfast food is really good and have lots of choices. I will come back to this hotel.

Location was great! Close to all the shopping and dining and Victoria harbor. The MTR is right next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was a busy hotel with lots of guest coming in and out all the time, you didn't have to wait for the elevator.

Great location, wonderful buffet breakfast, serving staff excellent very friendly. Rooms spacious, could do with a bit of an upgrade (bathroom area) but very clean. Pool area nice, but closes at 6pm which some nights too early after a day site seeing. Pool bar also not operating. Overall a clean comfortable hotel on Nathan Rd close to transport, shopping etc.

The service, the location, and hotel staffs are the reason we stay here every time we visit HK. This was our third visit. However, the breakfast can be better. Even though we paid for the breakfast during our stay, we did not eat the breakfast at the hotel because of the quality of breakfast. Please improve the variety and quality, in particular, daily variety. We are so bored to eat the same food everyday.

Perfect location right next to the MTR and a short walk to avenue of the stars. Happy Friendly staff who talk good English & Breakfast was very good. Only thing I could fault was the bed was hard but I wouldn't let this effect my stay everything out weighed that minor issue. I would stay here agin

We had a wonderful family stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile.
