Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) regulation in Hong Kong

Starting from January 1st 2025, guests who are staying in hotels in Hong Kong are required to pay the HAT at the rate of 3% of the booked room’s price.You will be asked to pay HAT upon check-in. At least 1 guest per booking of up to 4 guests must present a valid Youth Hostel Association (YHA) membership card at check-in. Guests who do not have membership may apply onsite. The fee is HKD 150 per application, valid for a 1-year membership. Fees subject to change without notice. This property requires that guests have proof that they have stayed within Hong Kong for 7 days prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
