The woman at the front desk was helpful. Got the largest room, which was spacious and well equipped. Location is right outside a wet market and can be annoying, but otherwise is pretty close to the MTR. My floor had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which continued for many days despite me complaining to the front desk multiple times. The room itself if pretty clean, and the cleaning ladies were friendly.

They clean my room everyday. I recommend it who wants to stay in hk for a short vacation. Although it's in front of the wet market, but it never bothers me.

It was an awesome experience staying in kind of neighborhood. The hotel is just in front of a vibrant local market which is good. The rooms are well-kept and the receptionist are pretty fast and efficient.

wifi is very fast, bedroom is clean but there is traditional market in front of lobby hotel make smell not good, worth with thus price, near tram station... very nice...

The hotel was right in front of the wet market, can be water on the ground but don't bother much. The room I got was one the 17th floor so there's no smell bother or any sound at all. The sheet was okay can see some thread bear but was clean. the bed quality was okay too the pillow can be a little hard and too thick. The shower has good water pressure with fine shower head (love it) the shampoo was a 3-in-1 which you know as expected, not good. There's hair dryer provided in a room which was good. The towel quality was alright. Plastic chair don't bother me because I only used that to place my luggage against the table. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

It was decent for the price. Room is clean, size is actually not too bad for hongkong. Wifi was a bit slow in our room (i think signal is not very strong). The area below is a wet market. Which we don't mind at all! We love the local authenticity, and great local food around. Most of them cant speak english as its not a touristy area, so just be adventurous and use body language.
