There is no shuttle bus service between airport to our hotel from 1 Nov 2019 . We are pleased to announce that breakfast will be reopen as of 1st Jun 2020, with opening hours between 07:30 and 10:30am (Monday to Friday only). And, provide American set breakfast at special price HKD77 per person and inclusive of 10% service charge. Lunch will be from 12:00-2:30pm (Monday to Friday only). Dinner will not be available at the moment
In compliance with Government Regulations prohibiting free toothbrushes, bottled water, shower caps, shaving kits, and combs in the guest room, please purchase those items from the vending machine located on the 2nd Floor during your stay.

No drinking water, the air cond. cannot adjust the temperature which was too cold at 19 degree C and the hotel staff told me to solve this problem by switching off the air cond. and if I felt no ventilation in the room then just turned on the air cond.... This mean I have to switch on and off all night long. How come!! It is such an idiot solution. I requested the to change the room but the hotel staff denied and said all room air cond are the same which can not adjust the temperature...unbelievable!!
Late morning, I went to the hotel breakfast room for hot water and one hotel staff there yelled at me "not allow. Not allow!!!" eventhough they have it.

The reservation process is very fast and served friendly. The location of the hotel is very strategic: very close to 7 eleven, food places and shopping centers. To get to the Avenue of the stars, you can walk while seeing the bustling city atmosphere.

The receptionist was professional and the building looks luxurious even though the room size is a bit small. The cleaning service is very friendly and always greets you. The room is clean and most importantly the price is affordable. Around there, namely on Kimberly road, there are those who sell cheap food/rice.

I found my hair straightener broken after asking for make up room during my stay in Ramada hotel and felt disappointed with no empathy and bad attitude of one of male staff of front office team. He made Ramada Grand Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui felt lack of hospitality service.

The staffs are helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
I booked a deluxe room. It felt small, but it was not cramped. The room didn't smell bad. The surrounding area didn't smell bad. At first, I was worried because I saw a review that it was near the market. It would smell like fish. I didn't smell anything. Overall, it was okay.

We recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Hong Kong. The accommodation is as advertised, clean, the housekeeper cleans every day. The nearby Korean food is very delicious. There is no smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The counter staff are cute and can speak English. (The hotel will charge an additional fee. It is written in the hotel policy.)

Actually, the location of the accommodation is not far from Jordan station. But because I have luggage and the path is quite rough, it is not very convenient. If you don't have much luggage, it's okay.
The room size is normal. The towel is not okay, it's very fluffy.
The bed is a queen size, soft enough.
It's not very far to walk to Tsim Sha Tsui, but on the way back, there are some steep paths, a little tired.

Our stay at Ramada was enjoyable. A basic hotel but it was clean and well lighted. The rooms were small but made do since it was only a night. The beds were hard and could feel springs that made it sightly uncomfortable. A bit of a distance to walk to the hotel from the main street and not wheelchair friendly to get there. Otherwise, good stay.

Good price hotel. When you enter the hotel, the smell is just right. It looks safe. It is a bit far from popular restaurants, but you can walk. There is a 7-11 and a school nearby. It is like walking around the city. There is a water dispenser downstairs. The room is the perfect size, almost narrow. It is quiet, except when someone else opens the door to the room. We will hear it when we insert the key card and turn the door handle. When someone enters the room, we can hardly hear it. The staff are lovely and kind. We must be kind to them too. Talk slowly. The bathroom is really narrow, very private. The toilet does not have a bidet, but it is near the shower. The water is hot and strong. It is enjoyable to shower.
