ibis Styles Goa Calangute

Very nice cool and calm, easy to approach, near by to everything. Overall awesome experience.

In our booking it was mentioned as non veg buffet for breakfast but it was very disappointing they gave only veg for 5 days we have payed for our buffet breakfast but we were not satisfied at all, property rooms are not safe as the doors were falling very shocking ☹️

The staff was really welcoming but the room and crowd management was not up to the mark they should be more reliable on walkin crowd then groups

The hotel facility is not good as per their charges. We booked a rooms with queen size bed and they provide rooms is twin bed. I never recommend this hotel.

Nice pool and great breakfast! The kettle in the room was broken and the room lock was loose.

The place does not fit into goan site seeing. Located within a narrow lane where transport reach is limited. It is not very easily and nicely approachable to beach.

Property is located near to Calangute Beach(1 km) Playing area for kids.Breakfast was good. Every room is pool facing , so will get nice view from the room. Overall it was a good experience. Room servicing disappointments me some timem

Everything was good but cleanliness was good.

Staff were great, food was really good. Local to bars and shops, near the famous beaches of calangute. Great area, friendly and extremly helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and can be kept cold in the heat. 10/10.

The rooms were a bit small but amazing service and great food. The staff was always very proactive to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Although booked for queen bed, at reception also confirmed but, after getting into room understand two separate bed clubed to make queen bed.

At check in we were met with blank faces and no conversation at all, during our stay we started to think the staff has been told not to engage / make eye contact or speak to guests at all . The room was a little small but was very comfortable and refreshed every day which was good . The breakfast was simple but enough, the egg and omelette counter very chaotic but when you finally got your order they were worth the wait . The giant mound of butter was extremely off putting and very unhygienic . There were guests buttering toast from it while stood there ! A good stay overall but not worth the rate paid

Lots of ants in the room that re-appear after cleaning. Hard to dine in room Staff was polite but service requests were untimely and inaccurate

nothing was unique and everything was average.The room was not soundproof ,mattress was too short even for a kid and the experience was okay type.

Room is very small and bathroom was very very bad. When I take the shower the water does not go.

Swimming pool and breakfast was excellent. Service staffs were top notch.

The first room allotted was bad. After an hour long haggling, they gave a better room. There was painting of exterior walls going on. It caused some hindrances and discomfort. The front desk staff lacked in experience in handling foreign nationals’ customer documents. They were a bit argumentative initially. Later on they came around and were quite helpful. Overall, the hotel was good. But the price seemed over rated. The free breakfast was great.

My last trip to Ibis was in 2018. If I compare, the experience is good both the time.

Everything was good about Ibis. Nice property to stay. Food was really nice. Amazing staff and always ready to help. Specially Bhumila & Pema. The hotel's guest relationship manager Resham tried to ensure that we should have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Food prepared by Chef Vishal was awesome. It was a valentine's week but still hotel staff organized a special surprise birthday party for my daughter and their gesture made her birthday special and memorable which we can never forget. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay if you are a vegetarian and like to have good food. The choice of menu is also different. Not to forget Calungute beach is hardly 800 metres which is easily accessible. Thank you Ibis Styles for making our stay pleasant and memorable
