We had a lovely restful day before our flight back to the U.K.
we made use of the Gym which was very well equipped and the lovely outdoor swimming pool.
Shivani at reception was extremely helpful and efficient during checking. Would definitely stay here again.

Flying in from Paris, with a scheduled morning meeting in the city, I appreciated very much the early morning check-in so could have a quick shower prior to my meeting.
At the other hand, earlier airport pickup requested through Expedia email did not seem to have reached the hotel staff. Subsequently, hotel staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation and promptly sending out a car to pick me up.

Nice hotel close to the airport, very welcoming and helpful staff
clean and modern and good dining options
The breakfast was well served and had plenty of options
It can be busy in the lobby & reception with parties or events being held
The towels in the bathroom were worn and one ripped so expect better quality linen from a reputable hotel chain

We checked in for a 7 hour stay to bathe and sleep prior to a 26 hour journey home. We were unable to sleep due to incessant blasting music that literally vibrated the building and our room for 6 hours. Not sure what event was on but it was unacceptable as a hotel resident.
Additionally, upon checkout, we were overcharged by 20,000 rupees by a rather incompetent desk clerk including the room and meal charges for a fellow traveller on a separate booking. This was credited and corrected several hours later when objections to the bill were lodged.
When booking this hotel the details state that the hotel provides airport transfers. Please note that this is misleading as they call a taxi for you for your account. This is not a courtesy hotel service!

Large clean hotel. Great proximity to the airport. Choice of restaurant's, good bar service. The one let down was the front desk service. Staff seemed confused, very slow check in even though I’d already completed the online process. The brownies in the room were delicious.

the check in and check out process is painfully slow. I dont even know why. 10s of their staff would be loitering around but it takes them 30 mins to check in and check out. I dont understand. the room smelt of urine may be because we were in two twin bed room which may have been used by kids but there has to be way to get rid of the smell. Not staying at this hotel again.

Great property in Aerocity. Close to airport within 15 min. The hotel has decent amenities and a good buffet. Price is more reasonable amongst the other five star Aerocity Hotels. If your looking for a decent hotel in Aerocity with 5 star amenities than you’ll be fine at the Pullman. If you want more bells and whistles than consider the other 5 star hotels in the area but for me it was fine and I will be coming back.
