Superb the hospitality the rooms cleanliness.Its the 2nd time ive stayed here hopefully many more to come. Purneeta (i hope i gotthe name right) was very helpful arranged a short local tour for us on the carriage. Breakfast was great shame we were only here for 1 night. I wpuld recommend Taj any day

Had an amazing 3 night stay at Taj Mahal Towers in January. Everything about this trip was indulgent, magical and pure luxury. From the blessing on entering the lobby, to the wonderful welcome from Jay at check-in, to entering our room with a view directly to the Gateway to India (it was a pleasure to sit in the room and watch the sunrise through the gateway). The room was modern and clean, the only downside was that our room was opposite the lift but all sea view rooms were on the side of the lifts. We had a very calm and serene breakfast alfresco each morning by the pool and the waiters were extremely attentive. High tea at Sea Lounge was a fabulous experience, with the Indian street food a tasty surprise option. Once again the waiting staff were delightful. Cannot fault anything in our stay and if staying in Mumbai again, the Taj Mahal towers would be my only choice. Thank you to all the team for making our stay unforgettable.

Wow! Best historic hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was excellent! From the staff to food to offerings - 5 stars!
One thing to note, there are lots of dogs that howl/fight in the middle of the night, woke me up a couple of times but not the hotels fault. Just be prepared with earplugs!

The Taj hotels have lost their sophistication and class. Long time guest and loyal supporter of The Taj Group of hotels but I have got to say that the properties have lost their glamour and appeal and the service and good in their restaurant is very mediocre

We spent New Year's Eve at the Taj Mahal Towers, and it was an excellent experience. The only thing was that breakfast in the morning was not something to write home about. And, of course, while the location is ICONIC, it's also in a noisy area with too much honking.
