Pertama datang, diinfokan unit yang kita pesan tidak bisa dipakai karena tamu sebelumnya belum bisa pulang karena sakit. Katanya unit kita diganti dengan upgraded unit yang view nya lebih bagus dan mahal. Posisi kamar Villa tidak berada di lokasi utama hotel. Memang view nya bagus (view sawah), namun banyak sekali lalat yang masuk. Lalu kejadian pertama saat kita mau pakai alat makan, semua bau kayu dan lembab, jadi kita cuci dulu, tidak lama saat cuci piring, air bocor keluar dari saluran wastafel. Di kamar mandi bawah juga bocor. Kejadian kedua yang berulang 3x, listrik padam. Pertama dibantu oleh Room Service, kedua dan ketiga kita nyalakan sendiri. Kejadian ketiga ada di foto, ketika kita cek laci laci, ada 1 pakaian dalam wanita tertinggal di dalam, sepertinya milik tamu sebelum kita 😵. Untungnya, staf sangat ramah dan merespons dengan cepat masalah-masalah yang ada di kamar tempat kami menginap. Ke depannya, bisa ditingkatkan lagi kualitas pengecekan kamar sebelum tamu menempati.

Really enjoy staying here, the service is really good!! I checked in at 22.00 at night, I was still helped patiently given a welcome drink, also picked up in front because we were confused about going to the resort. The breakfast is very good, complete too, given a better room upgrade, next time I go to Bali I will definitely stay here again for sure, unfortunately it is still quiet, a resort as good as this should be busy. Yes, hopefully the pandemic will end soon, so that tourism in Indonesia can rise again. Overall good, recommended.

Such a wonderful experience, kami mendapat upgrade dari kamar deluxe amatara ke suite room di adiwana Arya villa. Check in sangat mudah, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang di sebelah sawah dengan view gunung batur.

Fun for a cool vacation. Please kura2 yang d swimming pools are transferred to the fish pond, I think kura2nya drift due to heavy rains to the pool.
