The location is quite strategic, near toll road gate. The service also satisfying with nice and helpful staff. They helped us to arrange twin bed to become doubled. This hotel also offers good breakfast with various choices

the access is very close to the toll road.. the staff is friendly.. the hotel is comfortable with family, the room cleanliness is okay... the towels provided seem like they are no longer suitable for guests, dirty and filthy.. wanting to use them makes me ticklish... but all of this is cured if you are hungry at night, order the super delicious Taliwang chicken menu for 55 thousand.. must try... this menu will not regret it..

Comfortable overnight stay at Bigland, kids love it. Went there during high season so the pool & breakfast place were very crowded so couldn't enjoy it. Other than that it was okay.

Family room with one king bed, one extra bed and one sofa. Very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean. The family room is quite spacious. Maybe I should correct the swimming pool which is a bit small but the kids are happy. The room is also not soundproof. So we can hear our neighbors' conversations 😅😅. Overall it's okay 🥰. Thank you Bigland. The staff are all friendly.
