Stayed at Bigland Sentul Hotel, Grand Family Suite room type, the room is spacious, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, perfect for bringing children here, stayed for 3 days 2 nights, the room was neat & clean, there were Mas Dani & Kak Kaila who were quick to tidy up the room & bathroom. Yesterday stayed in room 638. Every day the pillowcases, towels, mats were all changed quickly & very neatly, thank you very much Bigland, God willing, if there is fortune, I will come back here again.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is strategically located near the Sentul toll road entrance and exit. The menu is delicious and varied, and the staff are friendly, from the receptionist, the cleaners, the security guards, and others. My stay at the Bigland Sentul Hotel was truly memorable. I will definitely stay again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Moreover, we were given a free upgrade yesterday because the Grand Deluxe room we booked was fully booked. The hotel area was also clean and smelled good. The entire hotel staff was friendly. The hotel facilities were complete, including a pool, fitness center, kids' corner, and more. Breakfast was also very comprehensive and delicious. The room service was equally delicious and well worth the price.

Overall, it's okay. It just needs attention on bathroom and AC maintenance. There are some bathrooms where the water drain is higher than the floor, causing puddles and being unsafe to use because it's slippery. Some of the bed sheets in the room still seem to have stains, and AC maintenance is also needed. Breakfast and access are very good.

The location is very close to the toll road access, the room is comfortable enough for 3 people, only a few bathrooms are available, the water is stagnant because the drainage channel is higher than the surface and the AC in some rooms needs maintenance. So far so good, satisfied with the hotel's service and facilities. Thanks

The staff was unresponsive. The room wasn't ready upon check-in and wasn't clean, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Breakfast was also mediocre. The only positive was the security guard, who was very nice, like a BC Bank security guard*.
