For the location it's really far. The atmosphere is nice but there are a lot of flies! The check-in and check-out process takes so long, when we arrived in the rain instead of being served quickly, it took so long. The check-out process took so long. The food is also lacking and expensive. There are still many shortcomings

with a price of 2.3 million we got a room that did not match what the app offered with what we got, in the app we paid for 2 king beds but got 2 regular twin beds, pillows etc were uncomfortable and the location where we stayed was full of flies and spider webs. for us, the price offered by traveloka with what we got was not comparable. with the facilities we got. please app if you want to sell a place at a high price, you should also look at the facilities you get.

Suasananya sepi, enak untuk istirahat, karena kita sewa kamar yang bambu letaknya di belakang pintu gerbang utama, lengkap dapur dan pendingin dan dispenser, dan penjaganya selalu kontrol. Pemandangannya luar biasa indahnya, dan super dingin. Makasih Puncak Darajat Resort dan agen online.

Checking in and checking out is complicated, I've stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are like rented rooms, the bathroom smells good, only the scenery is good, but maybe different people, different experiences.

Hotelnya view-nya bgus banget, cuma kurangnya emang karena alami banget jadi kamar mandi bau belerang. Kamar mandi jug airnya pake air belerang bukan air bersih gitu, mandinya juga pake air panas belerang itu. Bersih kamarnya.

The inn is comfortable and clean, swimming can be as much as you like, it's just a note for the pool manager, please repair the pool floor, it has been badly damaged, because there are many potential minor to serious injuries. The swimming pool floor has been peeled off a lot. Please note.

Thank you for helping to change the date, overall comfortable, the pool is clean, the rooms for the class are okay, but the room water is really cold even though the pool is hot, suggestions can be more up to the standard of the hotel. Because the signal is difficult, it's better to give wifi at least it can be done for wa.

The room is not worth selling. Dirty, there are cockroaches, millipedes. Even my room was sold to another guest so had to change rooms. Finally did not stay there. Booked 2 nights but the hotel only wants to refund 1 night.

The rooms are just ordinary according to the standard of the inn, although there is only one thing lacking, namely the mat. But overall with the view from above it feels very healing, very soothing to the mind and heart. Suitable for cooling the body and mind.

Kamar standar sih, untuk yang standar pakis gak ada AC or kipas tapi gak maslah karena di sana juga dingin banget cuacanya. Cuma lantainya lembab terus mungkin karena dingin. TV gak bisa dipindah2 channelnya. Ke kolam renang waterboom free 2 orang karena saya bawa anak 3 tahun, jadi untuk akses kolam nambah 20 ribu. Tapi all time bisa bolak balik bebas kapan saja ke kolamnya. Overall ok sih. Next time, mungkin balik lagi. Thanks.
