The staff is super friendly, perfect location at Sunset road next to Harvest Bakery. AC, refrigerator and hot/cold water and water pressure works perfectly. Spacious room, clean and tidy. Will definitely comeback for next visit to Bali!

The room was actually quite comfortable, but there were small insects, the AC in the room was leaking, the tap water was off in the morning so I couldn't take a shower while waiting for the repair, the breakfast menu was just so-so/quite good.

Recommended hotel. Only a few inputs for the room could be improved such as the AC in my room was not cold and the sink drain was clogged, but the hotel staff quickly responded to my complaint well and I appreciate this. In addition, the hotel staff were responsive to the issue of my wrong date booking which was helped. I am grateful and had a good experience during my vacation in Bali. Thank you.
