checkin staff was not so friendly, my room was very bad in form of cleanliness and ambiance. old tv, the room feels like not well taken care. only got bodywash. i dont know why i got the bad room even thoughi have previously stayed in this hotel as well and got the good one. the only plus point was the strategic location.

Second time here after a long time not being here eh there is a CO regulation must be 11 o'clock otherwise Rp100,000 deposit will be taken. Got a room on the 3rd floor, the sink faucet was leaking; the soap dispenser was leaking, the refrigerator and AC were not cold.

There is a coffee shop in the hotel area, and a culinary center around the neighborhood.

Everything is good, but for a TV that is not a smart TV, it is still a very old-fashioned model.

Overall, it meets the basic needs of staying if you want to enjoy the Kemang area. There is a 100k deposit upon check in. There is no elevator. There are many culinary places within walking distance. There is also Tuku at the bottom. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is also spacious for this rate, it's very good. There are many choices of TV in the room to watch. Hot water works well, the AC is very cold, only minus the refrigerator is not cold.

There is no Wi-Fi and nothing in the room, no shampoo, no water for boiling, no shared kitchen, no microwave either. Can't do anything, just sleep. The location is okay, enough space to sleep.

We stayed here because our other booking at another place was problematic, so we looked for a quick nearby place. The place definitely looks modern, the rooms are not kept properly though. AC was hot and broken. Although someone did try to fix it, it was still hot. The furnitures are not kept properly with scratches. The TV was not working well, they had a smart TV tapi ngga guna karena apps nya ngga bisa di buka, so someone did try to fix that too, di ganti STB baru, but that was also useless. I assume this place memang untuk longstay/kosan, which is fine, just a quick tip, if opened for one day stays/hotel, might as well be more well equipped, lumayan kalo rame kan dan semuanya puas🙏🏻☺️ Rate may be cheap but wouldn’t it better to exceed the phrase “ada harga, ada kualitas” karena the problems were pretty minor(AC panas, no tooth brush or amenities basic) but made such a big difference for comfort.

umpteenth time staying at urban living 2510, the problem is the same, as before hopefully in the future the internet connection can be better again. because ± 4 nights staying here. the connection is really masyaallah. the TV is okay the TV can't connect either. finally asked for help from the officer after a few minutes it could. and the next day trouble again, connected but no connection. need internet to work, but after 10 o'clock there is no front office/receptionist, because here it is not 24 hours only until 10 o'clock. finally asked for help from security according to the note on the table. but it didn't help. thank you.

Elite boarding house, yes, this is not a hotel, there is a deposit of 100 thousand, when we arrived the electricity went out but it was fixed by the staff. The bed is okay, the AC is cold, but the furniture is already dirty

The place is comfortable, there's a coffee shop next door, and you can walk everywhere to find food and other things around Kemang. But unfortunately, it doesn't have a hairdryer. But overall, it's good enough.

It's a bit less soundproof, especially under the coffee shop, so far the room is really big.

Already a regular because the location is very strategic, looking for food is super easy, you can walk everywhere. The rate is affordable for the size of the room and the facilities provided. The cleanliness is okay, there is a mini fridge, AC & hot water works well. Maybe the amenities are just like toothbrushes & toothpaste that you have to bring your own. Plus operating the TV here is a bit difficult 😅 parking is available but not spacious so it's quite an effort if you want to get in and out by car. Overall worth the price.
