Stayed here because all the hotels are fully booked, it's nice and comfortable, the room is clean and spacious enough to pray, the bathroom is clean, AC is cold, it's just not provided with a drinking bottle, but there is a water dispenser outside the room❤️

The room price was 1,200,000,- it didn't match what was in the picture, the room had cockroaches, was dirty and smelly, the bathroom smelled of urine, because I was forced to stay there because there were no hotels anymore, I was very disappointed with Guesh 99 House.

Very very and very disappointed with the experience of staying here: 1. The room that had been booked upon arrival at the location, the information was that the room was out of stock, perhaps because it was sold to another person who walked in and was asked to upgrade to another room without any prior information (subject to additional cost). 2. We had made a request when booking the previous room so we asked for a room on the ground floor because my mother's feet were calcified so it was impossible to go up and down the stairs (it really hurt). 3. The rooms that have been upgraded do not have remote AC (is there no standard for checking rooms before they are used by guests or what? 4. The staff on duty seems reluctant when serving guests who are staying.
