The check-in wasn't really good, the receptionist was outside near the parking lot, so we waited for the check-in outside near the parking area 😅 Check-in uses 2 KTPs if there are two guests, there must be one KTP if you can't enter, then take a photo please the guest 😅 This is the first time I have been to the hotel to check in. The KTP must also be there and the photos too, after checking in, I still have to wait because the room is still being tidied up, I got the corner room, after entering the air conditioner it wasn't cold, no towels, no mats , the trash can is only in front of the door in the palace, there isn't any, mineral water inside isn't provided either, you have to take it in the gallon outside, the pillow sheets smell really bad, it's like they've never been replaced, the rules are a lot of staying there, but the service isn't really great, just give up once Just.

Ok worth it. Only the smell of the bathroom smells a little, maybe you can use a bathroom freshener.

Curious about this hotel which is said to be good and after sleeping last night it turned out to be really good. The rooms are comfortable, smell good, the toilets are clean, there are towels, tissue, soap and shampoo. Here check-in is at 3 pm and the waiters are all friendly and still young. There is a pantry for cooking and gallons of drinking water are available in front of it. The swimming pool is clean and quite big. Got a cheap price and the location is at the end of the alley near Ubud Park.

Fasilitas bagus dengan harga yang affordable. Cons: Tidak disediakan air minum di kamar, tetapi di lobby disediakan hanya saja gelasnya kurang higienis. Jalan masuk ke komplek ramai, sering macet di pos security.

Kebersihan kamar selalu terjaga, pelayanan juga ramah, saya rekomendasikan untuk menginap di sini, saya sudah 2x menginap dalam 2bln ini, menyenangkan.
