The main light doesn't turn on, the shower water heater doesn't get hot, there are caterpillars in the KM like caterpillars that appear in damp places, the mirror in the KM has a really big red stain (?) the room telephone goes dead when I want to make a call to ask for something, only to find out if it's dead, isn't it? are there bedroom slippers (?)

Pros: ❤️Good TV broadcast, no ants, HD🤩 ❤️Very friendly staff ❤️Clean room ❤️Delicious food 🤤 Complaints: 💔Check-in got a room with a dead table lamp + the overhead lamp was also dead, I called the officer and had it fixed, but it turned out that the current was broken and couldn't be fixed🥹 so the lights were dim, so there wasn't enough light

Dead hotel. Wall paper pealing off the walls, drapes & carpet have burn holes, light bulbs dead, furniture scratched, no maintenance; Room service only offers soup & nasi goreng.

I was on the 12th floor. The power outage caused the generator to not work, so I had to go down from the 12th floor using the stairs. And I didn't get any compliment for the incident.

Highly not recommended hotel! At 19.04 at night the room was suddenly knocked by a g*g*lo offering services. Calls to the receptionist were not picked up. Even though it is listed as a 4 star hotel. This includes old hotels whose furniture is starting to rust and the wallpaper is peeling. The bed and sheets are also worn out.
