The staff is friendly and the room is quite spacious, but the downside is there is no shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, only soap. The breakfast menu is also limited and the taste of the food needs to be improved. Re-check the quality of the juice and cut fruit because when eaten it smells a bit.

For shampoo, it is already one with soap, 3in1 and for toothpaste and toothbrush, everything is set up in the room, sis, it is in the wardrobe near the entrance under the glass near the bathroom, for amenities, everything has been completed according to hotel standards, sis, it's just that we, the management, apologize for the negligence of our staff for not explaining the location of the amenities, we will conduct further training for our staff, once again we, the management, apologize for the inconvenience, sis, hopefully we will be given the opportunity to improve on the next staycation. The place is very good for those who want to just stay for a short time in Bali. It's quite worth it for the price. The facilities are quite good. Only the amenities are lacking shampoo. Soap, toothbrush, toothpaste are available. Unfortunately the towels are a bit dirty. But overall I really like it. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness is lacking, just arrived and checked the bed, the sheets and pillow cases didn't seem to have been changed, so when you want to check out, try to unpack all the sheets and pillow cases so they can be changed.

The location in my opinion is still far from Sanur beach, the hotel is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly, only the location is far from selling food, a hotel with easy access on the side of the road. But anyways recommended

I read reviews online before booking here, but I think the hotel is quite good, the room is very spacious, they can improve their contact though, because I have a hard time contacting them through phone or WA. When I was here it was rainy and windy, it only have a lek on the corridor, but the room is safe

Can't sleep during stay day 1 as we have to move find other hotel as staff tried to offer other replacement room as we regretfully this offer 🙏, Big disappointment with quality of bed that we got 🙏🥲😱
