I booked 2 rooms on this trip with the room plus breakfast category. When checking in, I already said that tomorrow I will check out early in the morning if possible, my breakfast will be takeaway when checking out and when I was in the room I also informed again not to forget my breakfast to be taken away for tomorrow morning around 5:30.. because I have something that must check out very early.. I hoped that it would be prepared in advance so that when checking out the breakfast was ready but it turned out that the hotel ignored my request since yesterday's check in as a result, my family and I left without breakfast at all. Where also previously one of the rooms I booked was not complete with soap, shampoo, hot water kettle, towels, doormats. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that was very bad in terms of service and service 🥹🥲

You get what you pay for. That's probably the best way to describe my experience at this hotel. For 300,000 Rupiah (plus breakfast), there's not much to be gained from this hotel. The location is strategic, but the parking area is cramped. The towels are dirty, and the hot water is inconsistent. The room is only 18 square meters (30 square meters on the app). The swimming pool is murky. The breakfast selection is limited, but adequate considering the price.

because maybe I'm a hospitality person too, that's why even though it's a cheap hotel, cleanliness is still number 1. The bathroom, please spc it, especially the toilet bowl. And be more careful when the room is ready, so that no towels are left behind. From all the minuses, fortunately the staff is friendly even though they are very late in responding to any request, they have to be reminded several times.. for our mutual comfort, thank you.

This is the umpteenth time I've been here with my family and always had a room with breakfast because Agria has a rooftop restaurant concept and there's live music starting at 7 every night. Agria is the best 3-star hotel reachable because it's close to my house. It was a really pleasant stay. I want to come here again.

The hotel's location is easy to reach, parking is free, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. My only suggestion is that the bath towels are old and need replacing. I hope I can stay at this hotel at least once a month, as I have to visit my child studying at IPB.
