The staff (especially Pak Kus) were very friendly and welcoming. The common area kitchen and pool were clean and tidy. The room was exactly liked it looked in the photos. I would happily recommend this very reasonably priced hotel guest house to any friend or traveller. Neill.

I didn't expect anything at all but turns out the best thing I've got from this hotel is the food! Oh my god I had no idea that was the most delicious & satisfying fried rice I've ever ate as the hotel breakfast.

The towels seem to need to be replaced, they smell really bad. Toilet paper is not available, you have to ask for it first and then give it. There is no mirror in the room, it's strange that there is no mirror in the room. There is also no Qibla direction indicator. But the AC is cold, the room is clean.

The bathroom has no glass to rinse your mouth when brushing your teeth. Stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned on the second day. Checked in but the towels were not ready, waiting until 17:00. The female FO staff was very rude, there was no hotelier at all. The worst thing is that the car must be parked outside on the side of the road and fighting for a parking lot. I will not want to come back again, only the first and the last.

The hotel is very comfortable, close to everywhere. There are also many food & minimarkets around the hotel. The hotel street is actually full of foreign tourists. The staff is also very friendly and agile. It's worth it for this price. The distance to the city center is also not too far. Thanks!

As soon as I entered the room I was shocked. Many of the furniture were broken, it seemed like it was left by the hotel. There was no information that there was a connecting door in the room, slightly disturbing privacy and comfort. The electrical socket was broken. The cleanliness standards of blankets and pillows need to be considered.

The place is comfortable. Not far from the city center, just not thorough enough in looking for information, the intention was to choose a hotel that has a swimming pool because the child wanted to swim, but it turned out the pool was 1.5 - 2 M deep

the staff is friendly, agile in handling complaints. But unfortunately, because the AC was not cold, our room was moved to a smaller room because the room was full. There is no heater, so enjoy a cold shower.
