The location is quite strategic, close to Sragi, close to Comal and of course next to the national road. It's just a bit pricey in my opinion compared to other hotels, but if you look at other hotels in the Pantura area, it still seems worth it.

The staff is very friendly, the CI process is easy, the staff helps bring things to the room, the breakfast food is also quite delicious, the downside for this hotel is that it doesn't have an elevator, you have to go up the stairs, but so far it's good, the air conditioning is cool, the room is spacious, next time if I have another business trip, I will stay here again.

3rd Floor No Elevator. Food like Warteg food. Lack of ablution faucets. There is no sink even though I ordered a VIP room. I want to reschedule. No way. It's cheaper to pay directly than the app. The difference is Rp. 60,000,-.

Jujur, baru kali ini merasakan menginap di hotel yang berbeda aturannya dari yang lain, penjelasannya: 1. Dari awal, KTP udah di keep dan baru diambil saat check out. 2. TV katanya bermasalah, katanya semua kamar begitu. 3. Udah penasaran, ada list harga kerusakan di kamar. 4. Handuknya robek. 5. Ada cacing di kamar mandi. 6. Bau jamur. 7. Saat check out diberikan foto bukti kerusakan yang terjadi, sarung bantal yang robek katanya, "ini robekan baru, kak", gimana tahunya robekan baru atau tidak? Saya pun saat keluar kamar sudah cek semua yang robek hanya handuk. 8. Saya harus ganti rugi atas bukan kerusakan dari saya. Jangan menginap di sini, aturannya berbeda dari hotel lainnya, dari kejujuran saya semoga jadi evaluasi dan tetap dapat uang dengan cara yang halal 🙏🏻.

Kamar ada suara mesin keras sekali dari kamar mandi, kirain kalo waktu kartunya dimasukkan, lampu semua dinyalakan, mesin emang ikut nyala. Waktu malam mau tidur semua lampu dan saklar posisi off ternyata konfirmasi resepsionis ada pompa air persis di atas kamar. Minta ganti kamar sudah tidak bisa karena sesuai prosedur, saya maklumi. Tapi merasa cukup tertipu karena jelas jelas ada suara keras yang akan menganggu saat tidur dan saya diberi kamar itu tanpa pemberitahuan apapun. Kesalahan saya juga berasumsi. Tapi tetap tidak recommend lagi di sini.
