Standard apartment, standard property and old stock but clean. There are prayer utensils, a 1 eye stove and eating utensils which are also old stock. There was no hot water, a sitting toilet and ordinary sink, towels were found under the mattress on a shelf, there were also towels on the clothesline on the balcony but they were either new or used by other people. Check in and check out is easy, friendly, via WA you can make an appointment to pick up and drop off the key, fast and practical.

Nice, clean and tidy. Friendly owner. Disadvantages: no hot tap. Fatal drawback: parking fee of 80 thousand/night because there is a stay fee of 30 thousand/night.

Stafnya ramah. Sayang, kebersihan tempatnya kurang bagus. Saya pesan dua kamar. Kamar pertama ada mangkok yang sudah jamuran, kamar yang kedua, ada kecoaknya. Sprei kedua kamar juga terlihat kotor, terdapat bolong seperti bekas rokok, dan ada bercak darahnya. Untuk menginap lagi di sini, sepertinya tidak.

The location itself is strategic. There's a family mart at lobby, so you can buy your necessity easily. If you stay for a few days and prefer to cook or make some thing simple, there are cooking utensils, stove, a big fridge, and silverware, plate, bowl, etc. And also you can wash your clothes. The room is neat and clean. There are broom and mop if you think the room need to be cleaned. The owner also provide praying set, clean towel, toiletries. I stay for 4 nights and 5 days on the 7th floor. The most important, the owner is kind and fast response.

There is a water pressure problem. In the middle of the night, the sink and toilet tap water suddenly turned on. So it makes waking up, interferes with rest. palate. The lights also have a problem, suddenly turning on in the middle of the night. the headlights of the room are also off. so dark. the owner was notified, and the owner acknowledged the condition. But the response is to tell the customer to request a refund and check-out early in the morning. Instead of providing a solution by changing rooms, they react like that. for owner, Lou have to learn how important to make sure customer satisfaction!

Alhamdulillah, from the start check-in was easy. the rooms are simple and clean. kitchen and refrigerator work optimally. what I like the most, I can see the mosque from the unit window. Included in my recommendation for a stay.

the cleanliness is quite good, the AC works well even though it is a bit leaky using that temperature is too low (finally I use 24 degrees and it doesn't leak, but it still cool comfortably), the water heater also works well. There is a small stove with gas, and the kitchen utensils are also quite complete so if you want to make coffee / tea / instant noodles, you can. Drinking water is also provided through a dispenser. if you want to check out it is better to make an appointment at what time, so you don't rush, because I don't hurry and don't make a deal so it's hard when you want to check out the person in charge of key handover is not in place. overall, the price and quality are commensurate.
