Super clean room. Location is ok, about 10 minutes walk to Akau Potong Lembu Foodcourt. The only downside is that the sound from the next room is very clear, it feels like you can join in the conversation.

I stayed in a heart type room with my children, the hotel was quite comfortable, the room was clean, only the bathroom drain was not smooth, the TV had Netflix, the wifi was smooth, the refrigerator was also cold, the breakfast was delicious, all the staff were very friendly, God willing, if I go to Tapi, I will stay here again.

Great service, friendly staff. We were concerned about the elder's mobility from lobby to the lift area. Mr. Rizal and the reservation staff went to extra length taking a video of the hotel's entrances. It showed the other side entrance that lead directly to guess lift without having to take the stairs. Hotel is new and clean. Great location! Very close to ferry terminal, Less tham 10 minute drive. Also, about 10 min drive to jalan Potong Lembu food area.

The new hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is near the cattle slaughter area, the biggest eating place in Tanjug Pinang City, just a short walk away. If we go to Tanjung Pinang we will stay here again.
