Hm untuk harga segitu parah sih, closet mampet airnya hitam, kamar panas acnya gak dingin dan bocor, kamar sempit, pokoknya bad experience ever deh nih hotel maaf ya saya biasanya jarang complain tapi ini parah maaf.

Room is smelly, no water in closet reservoir I had to fill it up every time I use it. Pillow and blanket a bit itchy, maybe because the room hasn't been used for a long time. For this kind of hotel, the most important things are cleanliness and functionality. Not services and amenities.

The hotel is comfortable. Friendly service. Every time there is a complaint, it is always quickly responded. My advice, please improve the facilities provided, such as a window lock that is released please repair it, the air conditioner should not leak in the room, please fix the toilet so that it does not leak when used. Others for us are quite satisfying. Thank you Amalio. Every holiday to Bandung, we will stay there again.

325 family rooms on the floor. 3. The air conditioner is too small, it must be helped by the wind from the window. Compliment water is the smallest bottle size, number 3 when it should be according to the number of guests in the application. 4. There is no fridge, in the application there is. Jam12 has been asked to check out, in the clock application. 1. When confirmed, it is still 12 o'clock even though it has shown the booking id. Small entrance and narrow and elongated parking area, only 1 row. Room service is only open at 10-20: 00, hassle. No more.

The family room is actually quite comfortable, the room is spacious and there are 4 beds. but there is something quite disturbing, namely the presence of puddles at the entrance. Inundation is reflected when the AC is turned on (see photo). I have been plugged in because of this. This problem was submitted to the receptionist but there was no action, just given the mat. I submitted a room but I couldn't. The cleaning service response is very slow. I asked for the pool to be dipped but it was almost an hour waiting for no one to come. For rooms with a price of 700 thousand / night (the price of the Traveloka site), this is very disappointing. oh yes, this is in room 325. In another family room I don't know whether something similar happened or not.

Just ordinary, 1 staff is not friendly, 2 room facilities do not meet expectations, AC is not cold, no sandals. The single bed linen is not fragrant as well as towels. The hotel might be suitable for backpackers

Car parking here is quite difficult but there are no officers who are ready to help. The position of the hotel is right on the edge of the road with quite heavy traffic but there are no officers who help when entering and leaving the hotel.
