Amaris Hotel Lampung City

the hotel is close to the mall.. so it's fun to take the kids to the mall. no hassle looking for parking. the breakfast is delicious. the staff is friendly.

For breakfast, fried rice has no taste, the side dish menu has no innovation and is not varied The bread is hard, hopefully it can be like Amaris in Jabodetabek The room floor is dusty For the rest, the employees are friendly and kind

Hopefully there will be free coffee and tea at Amaris b Lampung like at Amaris Bandung

Yesterday I stayed the security guard was younger and the service was good. I happened to be shopping at the mall so I brought a shopping trolley to the hotel. And the security guard served me well. I said I would return the trolley, he said it was not necessary because the mall would pick it up later. That's the logic because the hotel is in the mall area.

dinner is ok, but for breakfast it's lacking in my opinion. fish soy sauce is a bit sour, the shredded chicken is like porridge, smelly and stale. the bread is like it's been toastered and hard. for the chicken noodles it's delicious.

The location is very strategic because it is next to Lampung city mall..just walk to get there..the food is also cheap but delicious..the room is also clean and comfortable

overnight stay experience with family. friendly service. the hotel is clean and comfortable. it's just that for the bathroom in front of the sink if there is water it can't reach the drain hole. there is no extra bed here. for delicious food it's just that the side dishes are less varied and the refill of the menu that runs out takes a long time. if parking here is one with the city mall lampung, so the entrance ticket must ask for a stamp first so as not to be charged. even so, yesterday when I wanted to go out, there was someone in front of me from the hotel who also took a long time to get out so that I was also hampered in getting out even though their tickets had been stamped. when asked to the exit officer, there was a problem in the exit ticket checking section. I think here the amaros and the city mall lampung lack coordination for parking issues. it would be better if the system was like that, the hotel listed hotel guests who brought vehicles by noting the vehicle's police number and hotel room, then gave the list to the exit officer so that the check could be done quickly and not hinder the exit queue.

My family and I stayed at the Amaris Hotel for 4 days. When we first arrived at the hotel parking lot, the hotel security greeted us with prompt and friendly service. The front office staff were also very friendly and served our needs well. There was a fairly good water dispenser in each room hallway. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The food was also delicious. Oh yeah, my child was also happy because he could use the swimming pool facilities for free at the Santika Hotel which is next to the Amaris Hotel.

Great location, right next to the mall. Ample parking space. Comfortable rooms and good variety of breakfast options that is changed regularly.
