I didn't stay overnight, I wanted to check in and was asked for additional fees. I didn't stay overnight, the money wasn't returned. Bad service.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is in the middle of the city center, the view is also good, the room is not soundproof because the sound from the lobby can be heard but overall it is good.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean and comfortable. It's just not very soundproof. People walking back and forth in front of the room corridor can be heard very clearly, even though it's very late at night, but it's hard to sleep because you can hear quite noisy sounds from outside the room until the room.

- When checking in at 2 pm, we had to queue for 1 hour, maybe because it was a holiday - The security guards on duty from March 31 to April 1, 2025 were very friendly and very helpful to us, especially when we brought our elderly parents who were in wheelchairs. Thank you 🙏 - The view is the best - Comfortable room - Can watch Netflix - Delicious and varied breakfast - Very strategic location - Overall good and comfortable👍

nice room but coffee or tea is not provided in the room, you have to ask for it. the room I booked does not have wifi access. there is a user and password but it cannot be used.

The hotel is nice and new, but it is very unfortunate that the reception staff and room preparation are very slow. I arrived at the hotel at 15.00 WITA, the room should have been ready, but when I checked in, it turned out the room was not ready and I had to wait almost 1 hour. Initially informed to wait 20 minutes, but delayed to 55 minutes. Even then it was accelerated because I was angry. I ordered a non-smpking room but got a smoking room, the reason was that the non-skoming rooms were full? When I confirmed again, the staff informed that they could not see the booking details via traveloka. When checking out, I asked for a parking voucher and was informed that the only guests who were entitled to receive a voucher were guests who stayed at least 2 nights. Why is that? The blanket also had blood stains that were not cleaned and smelled of cigarettes. The towels smelled of cigarettes, the question arises whether the blanket, sheets and towels were not replaced? If they were replaced, why was the smell of cigarettes on the blanket and towels so strong? And why were there blood stains on the blanket? If we take issue with it, the hotel and Traveloka can be subject to consumer protection regulations. Because we don't know what bacteria/germs/viruses are in the blood stains and we don't know whether it can cause transmission of certain diseases to guests who stay. Hopefully it will be a concern for the Owner and Management of AMARIS and a concern from TRAVELOKA Thank you In general, I give 2 stars for the assessment.
