The mattress needs to be renewed, the mattress layer is very thin / directly exposed to the springs. The lobby entrance is very small, there is no doorman so it is quite difficult to get in and out with a suitcase, especially since the door is one-way (push when entering and pull when exiting) without any wheel chair facilities so when entering the suitcase must be lifted.
