1. Unstable electricity when using a hair dryer the lights go out. 2. The receptionist is often not on standby. 3. The room is noisy, sounds from outside are clearly audible. 4. There is no coffee maker. 5. Mineral water is very limited. 6. Poor management is very very very bad. 7. Smart TV cannot be used every night, always asking for an unplug rooter.

It's very comfortable to stay here, clean, friendly staff and close to everywhere, the breakfast is also quite delicious, only 1 at night there was someone playing with their cellphone maybe on the terrace and it was near my room, the sound was very loud and could be heard until late at night, it was a bit disturbing. But the rest is really good, will come back here again.💯

Maybe when I checked in the wifi was down so there was no wifi but at night it was available. The AC was not cold :(.

I really recommend this accommodation, the rooms are clean, the toilets are well maintained, the menu in the cafe is also quite good, the staff serves them quickly & the rooftop atmosphere makes your mind calm. For the first time in my life, booked a room but the water was off from midnight until just before check out in all rooms. How do we pay for the room but the water is dead. What a bad experience. Pay something for survival training without water: (.

The worst. Worst staycation experience ever! Moved rooms twice. - In the first room the AC was super hot. - In the second room, the AC was leaking, literally the AC water was leaking like rain, guess what else? The blanket still has chewing gum left on it! The chewing gum is still fresh, aka the blanket hasn't been replaced :) - what room is it in? The sheets have menstrual marks :) Yes, it's the laundry's fault, but how come there's no quality check at all? WQWQ. Late for work because the water is off? Dead water! If we don't ask, there won't be any information at all. In all of these incidents, did the front office say sorry or whatever words people who work in the hospitality sector should say? Of course there isn't :) big no big no big no 👎.

The room smells cigarettes. The bed and pillow sheets are dirty.

Devastated. From the beginning of arrival, the receptionist was not there and not on standby, waited almost an hour to check in, Gojek was also angry because there was no receptionist. Then the second at 10 am suddenly my room had a power outage, I contacted the receptionist but there was no answer at all. With a fairly good price but the service is dilapidated. Even a 200 thousand rupiah homestay can't be this bad.

Dirty bathroom in third floor and unkind Staff.

Nyaman banget di sini. Staff ramah banget dan bakalan ke sini lagi suatu saat.

Semua bagus nyaman. Tapi tolong keset kamar mandinya aja dekil banget. Mending nggak usah pake keset. Tolong kesetnya dikeluarin aja. 🙏.

The location is quite strategic, close to the busway and MRT stops.

Bagus tapi utillities kaya sikat gigi sama odol ga harus diminta dulu baru dikasih, harus udah siap di kamar mandi.

Baru pertama kali nginep di di sini dan kaget, waktu mau pakai hairdyer lampu mati, trus nanya ke reception katanya emang seperti itu, kalau mau pakai hairdyer harus matiin ac, ini hotel di tengah kota jakarta tapi masih ada seperti ini.
