Intimate hotel. The best in the Sanur area. Highly recommended even though the hotel is quiet old.

a great option in Sanur. the hotel offers more intimate vibes, while also great for family with young kids. Sanur Icon is just a throw stone away if you feel like going to the mall to buy something or enjoy mall foods. beach access and bikes are very appreciated to enjoy it fully. all staffs are very welcoming and attentive.

It always a great experience staying at Andaz. The service is amazing how Ida Ayu very helpful helped me with the florist and all things needed in the morning. The food at the fisherman club and the ambiance also very nice! Will always come back to Andaz whenever I visit Bali

- Welcome drink. - Warm and friendly female receptionist. - Fragrant hotel. - Room atmosphere is ok. - Good breakfast and good service. - The foyer officer Mr. Ardana had an unpleasant attitude (gesture, words) while bringing security when I took pictures in the hotel area (public area), even though I used a regular camera, not a professional camera and not a long lens, being photographed by an acquaintance, I only took pictures for memories (I do this every time I stay, at Ayana, Westin, and others it's not a problem). His words were unpleasant (not allowed to take pictures) and he mentioned the cost. The cost was not a problem. But his actions made me uncomfortable. Overall the hotel was very good except for Mr. Ardana who was not suitable as a hotelier.

I ordered from this morning via the application. Check in we can enter at 3 pm. It's more than 5 o'clock and I haven't been able to check in with the reason that a new order came in and the room wasn't ready. So bad, for a hotel of the Andaz class. Bad service!

We had a great experience in Andaz, they upgrade our room into deluxe lagoon access, superb great breakfast!

The room and service were very excellent. All the non-alcohol items in the room bar were free. However, my only criticism was on the breakfast menus and quality when comparing it to other hotels with a similar rate. A la carte breakfast menus usually contain items that would not taste best when served buffet style. Andaz's menus are a bit underwhelming and contain most items which are typically served in buffet style. All the menus in Fruit & Vegetable, Deli, bakery (except for crois madame and French Toast, and Local Flavour sections are all typical buffet style. So it 's like eating buffet breakfast but with a longer wait (which is annoying) of a la carte menu. Menus like fruits, cereal, muesli, soto madura, bubur, kway teow goreng (and most items in the menu) do not need to be a la carte. Why not just present them all buffet style and put the few items on the menu to order a la carte? The impression could easily be misinterpreted as being a stingy hotel instead of appreciative of the effort to minimise food waste. But at the this price rate, there are quite a few hotels in Bali which provide a better quality a la carte menu. By the way, there is no beef or pork in the menu other than in Kimchi jjigae and Soto Madura (They are all in very small pieces). The “babi guling rilette” was 4 paper-thin shreds of pork in a jar of oil. So yes, other than the breakfast menu, everything else is great.

Shoutout to Bli Arya for being so kind to us and everyone at Andaz team are so nice. It was worth every penny. Too bad we stayed during heavy storm but the resort still looks pretty though. Will definitely stay here again & again. Top notch!

My family had an excellent stay at Andaz. We love the room (very spacious and comfortable) and we love the resort. We had an additional breakfast and it was superb. Andaz team are very friendly and helpul. Fisherman ' s Club is a must try too and the pastries at the deli are delicious.
