Pengalaman buruk. Seharusnya punya standar untuk hotel-hotel yang disewakan. Resepsionis kosong tidak ada petugasnya. Kamar tidak ada tempat tidur, hanya ada kasur di lantai tanpa alas. Seprei kotor. Dan tidak ada fasilitas apa-apa lagi. Karena kondisi tersebut akhirnya tidak jadi menginap walaupun sudah bayar.

There was no drinking at all (either bottled drinks/water dispensers), there were no tissues either. The worst thing is that either the owner or the person who keeps the karaoke until 1pm, at 23.00 they are contacted to stop the music because they want to take a break but they continue until they are bored. It feels like sleeping at home and having a neighbor's celebration. Just imagine how noisy it is, it really doesn't respect guests (I stayed on a Saturday night).

Senang sekali menginap di Villa anugrah ini. Tetehnya juga villa baik, pagi-pagi saya sudah dibikinin kopi😀👍. Terima kasih ya teteh🙏. Villanya senjuk dekat gunung. Saya sempat karaoke dengan bang paster.😀👍. Kapan-kapan pasti saya menginap di sini lagi.👍.

Wall paint faded and lots of mold on the ceiling. There are cobwebs on the ceiling. The tap water is very small. The bed sheets and pillowcases smelled and I saw for myself from inside the car, the villa clerk didn't replace new ones but just cleaned them up.

Untuk harga segini menurut saya kurang, terutama soal kebersihan ruangan dan kamar mandinya. Lalu entah kenapa banyak serangga atau kecoa, jadi saya harus berperang dulu sama serangganya sebelum tidur. Untuk fasilitas outdoor seperti kolam renang atau nampak depan villa luar biasa bagus. Seharusnya jika nampak depan sudah menjadi selling point untuk area kamarnya lebih di perhatikan juga, karena itu adalah main selling nya.

Sangat lumayan untuk tempat rehat sementara, sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan ke kota lain, harganya murah, kamar luas, airnya segar. Hanya sayangnya banyak seliweran sepeda motor dengan knalpot bising, lumayan mengganggu tidur.
