The bathroom door couldn't be opened. And it took almost 2 hours for engineering to come to fix it. Even though when I complained I had sent the video. Many of the bathroom floors were broken. The bed sheets have spots.

Pros: - AC is cold. - Refrigerator works. - Wifi is fast and smooth. Cons: - Water heater is not working. - Lots of small cockroaches, especially in the kitchen pantry. - Sink tap is leaking. - There is no trash can in the room. - No bathroom mat.

Kekurangannya: 1. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang dipesan. Booking yang studio, dikasi yang 2BR (Edelweis 28BG). 2. Proses cek in lama. Dateng jam 14, baru bisa masuk jam 14:30.3. Dikasi handuk basah, parah banget. Akhirnya minta yang kering, dikirim pas malam. 4. Floor drain kamar mandi mampet. 5. Jet shower bocor. 6. Kepala shower bocor. 7. Keramik depan kloset selalu tergenang air. 8. Dengan kursi/perabotan yang seperti itu, meja tidak bisa digunakan untuk bermain laptop. Kelebihannya: 1. Wifi lancar. 2. Furniture ruangan bagus. Overall: Kecewa karena UX (User experience) di kamar mandinya tidak happy.

The bedroom studio looks luxurious and clean. I like the kitchen to cooking and tools complete. Good overall. Ans smell good. But the park area soo small and make us walking from mall.

The room is dirty, the shower is dislodged, far from the mall, and the queen is also very passive. Asking for a check out grace period at 1 is not allowed, but when you return the keys quickly at check out, the office doesn't even have anyone, you have to wait 15 minutes. That's too bad. This is the 2nd time staying at Bassura, the first time staying at Basura the marketing team is really good, our communication is delivered to the room and the facilities are explained, if the queen just gives the key, it doesn't explain where the room location is, it's bad to take it to the room , tired of it. Unfortunately forgot to take a photo of the condition of the room.

I have stayed here twice. The unit is very comfortable, the room smells clean. The service is also very good, Ms. is friendly. Cookware already provided can also cook there too. Really recommended place to view from the room is also good to the swimming pool 😍 In accordance with the picture, just going to be a unit by queen subscription is always when in Jakarta 👍

Worth it badly! next will come here often, it feels like to have all aspects of it steady. But in my room there isn't enough pot for cooking noodles, and the lights in the room are flickering, when it comes back, it's more perfect, thank you, queen.

Although the service is friendly but disappointed with the unit. Does not match what is displayed in the application. I chose this because the ratings and reviews were good, but how come it didn't happen to me. The reason is that the AC unit is broken again, it was promised that another unit was given the picture by wa, even though it was far from the interior that was displayed but it was still pretty clean and tidy. And it turns out that on D-day the unit was checked in again, it was different from the image of the replacement unit that had been wa previously. Zonk really swears. Bring toddler 1 with mother. The four of us rent a 2 bedroom but the unit is dirty, in sepre like there are traces ... ((see for yourself)) hihhh thank God.
