The staff is not helpful, the room is dirty and dusty, there is hair in the bathroom sink, there is a stove but it was not informed that there was no gas, when asked to the staff, my WA was not replied, the wifi also cannot connect to the internet, the access card for the elevator is not updated so it often errors and cannot be accessed up, I have to ask the security guard first, I have already rented for 2 days but I am willing to give up the one day because I can't stand staying here

AC is not cold, room is not clean

CS doesn't respond to deposits, no refunds on the phone, no response. Be careful with this, the deposit costs the same as the cost of staying overnight.

The room is clean. The price is affordable.

There was no preparation, blankets, towels + soap were not ready, after being complained they were only delivered and only 1 towel was given, even though it was clear that the order was for 2 people. TV only local TV broadcasts with STB.

It wasn't time to check out before the electricity had gone off, the toilet flush wasn't working, the service was slow to respond, causing visitors to suffer from heat and discomfort when going to the toilet because it was dark and the flush wasn't working.

It's scary and lonely, I swear, especially if you get the top one.

Some of the lights weren't installed, the main lights couldn't be turned on, the electricity ran out at 10 am.

Overall it's not bad, the rooms are quite comfortable according to the price, water is not provided so if you want to stay here please bring your own mineral water.
